“How the Custom Process Works”
Step 1 – Get Inspired
Browse the portfolio or customizable sign options to get a sense of styles, sizes, and materials. Many custom projects start from an existing design and evolve from there.
Step 2 – Submit a Custom Inquiry
Share your idea using the custom inquiry form. Include intended size, use (indoor or outdoor), and any reference images or portfolio pieces that are close to what you have in mind.
Step 3 – Design Review & Feasibility
Every request is personally reviewed to confirm material choice, size, design detail, and machining feasibility. Suggestions may be offered to improve durability, readability, or appearance.
Step 4 – Quote & Approval
You’ll receive a Draft and clear quote based on size, material, and complexity. No work begins until the design and pricing are approved.
Step 5 – CNC Production & Finishing
Your sign is CNC-cut on machines designed and built in-house, then finished by hand. Natural wood grain ensures every piece is one of a kind.
Step 6 – Final Review & Delivery
Once complete, the sign is inspected for quality and prepared for pickup or shipment
